Stayed for 1 night in this nice little place, liked that. Location: the hotel was really close to which flows right below the property, the cliff and local pub. Moreover, it was 2 km from Punakaiki Cavern. Everything was simply spotless.

We had a wonderful stay at Paparoa Park Motel. The studio was spacious and warm, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hosts provided clear instructions and information about the local amenities. The location was stunning, overlooking the bay and blowhole rocks. The cottage was perfectly appointed, from the carport at the door to the dining and patio tables that allowed us to take in the beautiful scenery. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a hob and microwave. The cottage was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great place to relax after a busy day, especially in front of the large TV screen. We highly recommend staying here.

The place was cute and immaculately clean. My studio was airy, and I liked it. - the staff was amicable and gave some great recommendations. - the location was great for Punakaiki, really close to the hill outside the village, restaurants, and info.

Complimentary breakfast has a good variety of options. the rooms are modern and come equipped with a bedroom and a nice balcony, for example. 🍳

The staff at the motel were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for nearby attractions. the location was fantastic, as it was conveniently close to the Pancake Rocks and blowholes. the outdoor seating area offered a stunning view of the ocean, which was a major highlight of our stay.

The motel was quite dated and could use some refurbishing. There was a noticeable smell of dampness upon entering the room, and we even discovered a wet patch on the carpet from a leaking ceiling.

Prime location near the famous pancake rocks and blowholes, the river right by the property, and the beach with various attractions. They offer free on-site parking 🚗.

The location here was fantastic for our stay, just a 25-minute walk to Pancake Rocks.
